Keys are uniquely identified by attaching an RF tag to them.

Case management tracks all cases that arise within the company and their processing status. If there are documents that need to be saved related to a case, they are registered as documents, and their location and attribute information are managed. You can freely assign tags to cases and documents, and when searching for a document, you can specify any tag to locate it.
